We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
In addition to accepting most insurance plans, we also accept Care Credit and have a range of financing options with Green Sky and Lending Club.
What is CareCredit?
CareCredit is a personal line of credit used only for your healthcare needs. It is a credit card, but it has its advantages. CareCredit has promotional plans that vary by provider. At Trinity Valley Oral Surgery, we offer the No interest if paid in full within 12 months of time of use plan. If the balance of the card is paid off within 12 months from the time of service, you will not be charged interest. Although, if the balance remains unpaid after 12 months, interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date.
